Welcome to Le Vert Suites. Please read the following terms and conditions, which are obligatory for all our guests. We reserve the right to deny admission or to require a person already admitted to leave the hotel without refund or compensation for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security, or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
- Room Charges: Guests will be charged per night.
- Payments: Bills must be settled in full once the cancellation period has passed, one week before checking in.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests wishing to check out later than 11:00 a.m. are kindly requested to ask for permission by sending an email (subject to room availability, otherwise, it will be charged for one additional night).
- Extension of Stay: Guests wishing to extend their stay must apply by email before 10:00 a.m. on the original departure date (subject to room availability).
- Room Capacity Policy: Only 2 guests are allowed to stay in a room. Children under the age of 3 stay for free. Children older than 7 years old or extra guests must pay for an extra bed.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly not allowed in the establishment and violators are subject to a fine of €100.
- Fire Safety: When not in use, do not touch the fire extinguisher.
- Room Security:
- Inviting strangers into guest rooms to use facilities or amenities is prohibited. For security reasons, please do not allow unauthorized individuals to enter the building.
- Guests may not give up their room to be used by third parties, even if the room has been paid for.
- Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access by third parties. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Hygiene: Anything that causes a bad smell is strictly prohibited in the hotel.
- Damages:
- Any damage should be reported to reception immediately.
- Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement. In case of damage or theft, the cost to replace will be charged to the client’s credit card.
- Guests are expected to keep all equipment and furniture in their rooms free from damage.
- Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access by third parties. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings.
- Unwashable stains, rips, or tears on linens, towels, or bathrobes will be charged.
- Guest Contact: Guests are asked to ensure their conduct does not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule.
- Prohibited Activities:
- Hanging any items in guest room windows that might affect the appearance of the hotel is prohibited.
- Installation of any foreign items in guest rooms or any part of the building is prohibited.
- Bringing illegal items, exotic plants, or animals is prohibited.
- Gambling or any other behavior against public morals in hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.
- Using guest rooms or the lobby as an office is prohibited.
- Lost Items: Items left behind by a guest will be sent on demand by post at the guest’s expense to any specified address. If not specifically instructed, the hotel will store such items for 15 days and then donate them to a charitable cause.
Reservation, Cancellation and Non-Arrival Policy
Reservation Guarantee: A credit/debit card guarantee is necessary to secure your reservation. Prior to your arrival, the hotel may pre-authorize your credit/debit card, with full payment charged before your arrival.
Prepayment Requirement:
- Prepayment is mandatory for all reservations, requiring full payment in advance.
- For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, full payment is required and it is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival will not incur any charges. However, cancellations made less than 13 days before arrival will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
Non-Arrival Policy: Guests who fail to arrive will be charged the full amount.
Hotel’s Discretionary Authority:
- The hotel retains the authority to decline changes to confirmed reservations.
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
